Accessibility Statement

Effective September 4, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026

Plaibook Technologies, Inc. wants every coach, player and parent to be able to use Plaibook, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes our accessibility target, what we have done, what we know still falls short, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

Our target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the Plaibook web application, mobile applications and marketing website.

What we do

  • Keyboard access to navigation, forms, dialogs and the slide presenter, with visible focus states.
  • Labelled form fields, buttons and icons, and semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers.
  • Text that scales with browser and operating-system settings, and layouts that reflow on small screens.
  • Colour contrast checked on both the dark and light themes, and information that does not rely on colour alone in most views.
  • Reduced-motion support: decorative animation stops when your device asks for it.
  • Accessibility checks as part of our design and review process for new features.

Known limitations

  • The tactical board is a drawing canvas. It is not yet fully usable with a keyboard or screen reader; a text description of a saved diagram is not available.
  • Some charts in Insights convey information by colour alone; data tables are being added.
  • Exported PDF and PowerPoint files are not yet tagged for screen readers.
  • Third-party embedded video players follow their provider’s accessibility.

We are prioritizing these and will update this statement as they are addressed.

Compatibility

Plaibook is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, with iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack in the mobile apps, and with common desktop screen readers. Very old browsers may not be fully supported.

Tell us

If something is hard to use, email support@plaibook.soccer with the page or feature and what happened, and the assistive technology you use if any. We reply to accessibility reports within five business days and treat blockers as bugs.
