Acceptable Use Policy
Effective September 4, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Plaibook Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account, including player and parent logins. Because clubs use Plaibook to store information about young athletes, we enforce it strictly.
The short version
Use Plaibook to coach your own club and to give your players and their parents a fair, private view of their development. Do not use it to harm anyone, to take data that is not yours, or to work around the plan you are on.
Prohibited conduct
You may not, and may not allow anyone using your Club to:
- Break any law, or use the Service to plan, promote or carry out unlawful activity.
- Harass, bully, threaten, discriminate against, exploit or endanger any person, especially a minor.
- Upload or share content you do not have the right to share, including other clubs’ scouting reports, copyrighted video, or personal information collected without authority.
- Access, or attempt to access, another Club’s data, another person’s account, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use.
- Share a personal login, or create logins for people who are not members of your Club.
- Upload malware, probe or scan the Service for vulnerabilities, bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with its operation.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-export the Service other than through features we provide for that purpose.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, white-label or commercially exploit the Service or its drill and equipment libraries.
- Use AI Features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or that impersonates a real person, or present AI output as medical, legal or safeguarding advice.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through share links, invites or notifications.
- Misrepresent your identity, role or affiliation, or your authority to act for a club.
Youth players
- Only invite or create logins for players and parents you are entitled to, under your club’s registration and safeguarding rules.
- Do not create a player login for a child under 13; invite a parent or guardian instead.
- Share only what you would share with that person face to face. Medical, injury and welfare notes must be limited to the people who need them.
- Do not use the Service to communicate privately with a minor outside your club’s safeguarding policy.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@plaibook.soccer with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the material on the Service; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify the Club administrator, when we reasonably believe this policy has been broken. We aim to give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem, except where a person’s safety, the law or the security of the Service requires immediate action. Serious or repeated breaches end our agreement with you.
Reporting
To report abuse or a safety concern: support@plaibook.soccer. Reports involving a child’s safety are handled first, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.
